As former COO of Allison Zongker, he brings valuable operational insight to every deal, helping owners unlock value and navigate complex transactions. He holds a BBA in International Business from the University of San Diego.

David is an experienced M&A advisor and executive with 25+ years in international business development, operations, and sales. He has led and advised on cross-border acquisitions, growth strategies, and exit planning across industries including consumer goods, import/export, and distribution. Formerly a CEO and VP of Business Development, he now guides companies through strategic transactions and market expansion. David holds a B.S. in Computer Science from ITESM and an MBA from IPADE.
